The CRM System provides clients with real-time information on what is being communicated to the network with regards their product as well as providing our network partners with our client’s information. For example, Healthcare Plan benefits and exclusions are published to a partner’s site for use when assessing claims.
The CRM System also allows value added information such as news stories and articles or travel information for each country, or documents, such as claim forms, to be published to specific client’s or partner’s sites.
